Most likely one of the few things I'm 100% on board with RFK jr.  As someone that magically inherited an autoimmune disease that I struggle with.
I take like 8 pills in the AM just so I can eat Food.  If not, Anything I eat passes thru me in like 20 min.
Before you get on you HIGH HORSE - leafy greens fuck me up BAD W/O meds.  Userative colitis is a Bitch.  Hand fulla pills, I can eat most foods and not shit my pants. 
It does suck, but something ruined me starting like 5 years ago.  I blame it on ultra processed wheat and other garbage, but I'm not a doc.
If cut the meds out, I can lose 15lb in 3 weeks :-(

It has to be within the foodchain - ref pasta, bread etc, that fukkersup tons of people (UK/USA) yet France, Italy etc - they can eat a stick a day and lots of pasta, and are thin and are fine.
Glyphosate? Seed oils? - the latest Shellac/Chiten additives (bugs) could be the bottom line (in the foodchain for a few years now)?

@CNCAppsJames trouble is, even the ingredients can be very misleading. Or just omitted? UK recently, "the Kings decision" was there's no need to add GMO as a stated ingredient. What he has to do with FDA related health decisions, IDK.

I feel for you. It is definitely a catch 22. The gut biome needs whole fiber to be healthy, but when it is in a state of disruption, whole fiber doesn't do well. How do feed the good bacteria fiber when the bad bacteria react so violently to it.

I don't care what your politicians say in their funded echo chamber. It's stupid right out of the gate. Blue whales, a mammal, exclusively eat Krill. Lions, also mammals, exclusively eat meat. Blanket statements like 'whole fiber to be healthy' ignores half of the animal kingdom. so much duh.

Your statement implies that all mammals have identical digestive systems. That is not true. You can't compare the gut of a whale to a lion to human. Just because Shawn Baker says so doesn't make it right.
