I believe it might go far if former Pres Trump would admit that operation Warp Speed was his fault.

He technically gave Fauci the free reins to go and do as he pleased.  As Some (most) of us know that was a Mistake for sure.  I realize that is now hind-sight, just own up to the American people!
That is how a leader should function.

Some might say, the decision was well above Trumps pay grade.
The decision was made for him - he just had to push it and rubber stamp it.

Not only has Trump taken credit for it, he called it a "monumental national achievement".  I don't know if that counts as admitting it's his fault?  :D

How could he possibly have known Fauci was Complicit? :o

On Dec 8th 2020 he said that about the "vaccine".
What you conveniently failed to mention is that he also said "we will begin mass distribution of vaccine once approved".

It's not like he said it was a monumental achievement yesterday. But he did admit that he listened to the wrong people.

He did defend it recently (when I say recently, it was a year or so ago) in an interview with Megyn Kelly. I don't know that it was as enthusiastically.  :D  He did go as far as to say that the vaccination helped some people. He continued to defend keeping Fauci on but said he wasn't happy with some of the covid measures.

I couldn't tell if he was caught between knowing that this is unpopular with his base and not wanting to admit that he may have made a mistake?  I couldn't tell.

Well the way I heard it people around him wanted him to fire Fauci but he refused. This is really damming, imo. If the post Obummer-era democrats currently running weren't such insane dolts and working against every American ideal, the decision who to vote for would be tough. Like if Tulsi G. was running on the D ticket... that would be a tough choice.

Yes, Trump was a bit naive when it came to trusting the 'experts' who were supposed to give him advice.
That won't happen again.

As for developing a vaccine quickly, that in and of itself was not a bad idea, and I think Trump was praising the speed at which the project moved.

Where they did go wrong is that the finished product didn't even meet the definition of a 'vaccine', so .gov just changed the definition of the word to fit what they had.  :wallbash:

They did do it quickly, but they did not do it well.

Any cursory knowledge of this hack Fauci and his AZT aids roll-out would know what a hack he is. He shouldn't have been fired, he should be shot by firing squad.

I agree with this except to say that where they really went wrong was mandating that people get the vaccine. I am sure that the vaccine helped some people who were vulnerable to the virus. but the biggest problem was mandating it to people especially young people who were not vulnerable at all to the virus.

Why on earth would you mandate getting vaccine that does not prevent the spread of the disease.  Also, people like Kamala Harris and Cuomo, who later mandated the shot said they would not get, when Trump was in office because they didn't trust it. Then they expected us to trust them.

This is the second time in a week I've felt like you've been the most rational person in the room. Keep this up and you'll have me convinced to vote for Trump.  :D

Because the pharma companies have a LOT of money to make people say what they want them to say.
Pharma benefitted the most from all of this.
And guess who now holds 2 patents on the treatments of these side effects? Pfizer.
Get the people sick, try to force everyone to take the jab = profit
Make sure you're the only ones that can make money off the side effects = double dipping profits!
