There is something weird going on with the apartment complex takeovers in Aurora
The governor insists it was people's "imagination"
The local police chief insisted it was real and requested national guard help.
Over the weekend a cone of silence was dropped over it and it's gone from the news.
I have no idea if it is real, an isolated incident or collusion between the media and
government to suppress a real problem. 
A quick google search seems to say it was much ado about nothing... but most
of the articles were 3 days old.

and going after the apartment management companies for code violations.

Now the schools are more worried about gender studies than teaching the fundamentals of government. 

And so, you have a whole generation of dopey high school graduates who don't even have a rudimentary understanding of how their government works, yet they will insist that gender re-assignment is somehow a 'right' that the government MUST pay for, and since we are doling out free money, the government should also pay for their college tuition.

Sadly, 'dopey and clueless' is the future outlook for this country unless things change in a big way.
