Since when is an SUV considered a bus and how the hell do you fit 27 people into one?!

I'm guessing this was a people smuggling operation gone bad
Or a retirement home on a day trip to an Indian casino

No way 27 elderly people are fitting into a Ford Excursion.
My first thought is kids being smuggled/trafficked.

Mexicans can fit a lot of people in a small area if they want to. It's like a clown car.

Reminds me of an SUV in Mongolia. It was their "school bus". They pulled out like 15 to 20 little kids.
