Adams himself, seems to think that is what is going on. He said, "I knew that if I fought for the people of New York, they would come after me."

He might be completely guilty, who knows. but "fought for People of New York" is definitely a reference back to the fact that he spoke against the white house about the illegal immigrant problem. And the "They would come after me" statement is the Biden DOJ.

Then you factor in, the fact that they went after Trump with some of the flimsiest charges we've ever seen, managed to get them him in front of a joke of a judge. That Tulsi Gabbard ended up on a watch list after being critical of the Biden Regime.
