Create Curve on all edges in Mastercam X9

Do any of you know if create a curve on all edges in Version X9 was level dependent?

I mean if you were using Mill level 1 it was disabled.  I'm trying to help a guy out with this.

Shouldn't be. going by the levels you could purchase Design is first which would have that capability or so I would assume.....

Next question: Where can I download Mastercam X9?  And will my HASP support running it?  (I have Mastercam 2019, Mastercam 2020 installed on my computer.

I just want to be on the same version as the person I'm helping.
