I'm not sure which news you're referring to.  Congress passed a budget specifically for The Shelter and Services Program. 

I'm guessing that most of us don't agree with it, but it's there. I'm also guessing that a lot of the Republican politicians who are complaining about FEMA's lack of funding, voted against funding for FEMA.  MTG? Gaetz?

We should be funding our own citizens long before we fund anyone else. But that's not the Biden-Harris way. And they voted against it being used for migrants specifically.
