Of course they do. They can sway the money towards a certain direction.

Like in sports, if Team A is getting 30 points from Team B, and a fuck ton of the money is on Team A, they'll change the spread by a couple of points to get more people to bet on Team B.
But rarely has the spread moved more than 7 points or so since the initial odds release.

I'm not going to lie, seeing those odds I am considering putting a couple hundred on Harris. They are going to try the same cheat crap as before. If they can pull it off that could be a good payout.
