No idea ???? I didn't see anything worth getting angry about ???
Looks like a light duty 5X machine to me
The dual tables are kind a cool

The machine still has 100% of the paint intact?

  funny.  But i was thinking about something else.  Maybe you have to be a little OCD about certain things to notice.

Nope.  i will give you a hint.  It has to do with the toolpath manager....

No comments to label the operations for one.  For another they're going at that aluminum about as aggressively as I attack 17-4.

It is a very light duty router grade machine
Those X axis ways (???) look like pencils

Thats it.  That drives me nuts.  If i was involved in training like they are, I would make that part of the first day.  LABEL YOUR TOOLPATHS!!!

You would hate me.   I don't label the operations unless it's necessary.

I label every one.  It really helps when you have to go back to something you programmed two or three years ago.  Or when someone else needs to edit your program.

When I moved over to MC from Cimatron, there was no way to label operations in Cimatron so it wasn't even a consideration.

When I'd figured out that you could, I only used it when I thought there was important information that was needed.

It's something that I should probably get in to the habit of.

I label everything, Operations, Levels, View Sheets, Tool Groups, Machine groups...

If anyone ever has to open my file all the info they need is in there

I hit that link twice and got a different video each time

The fist time was a video on a 5 axis router
The 2nd time was a VMC running Mastercam high speed tool paths
