Training Resources for Mastercam and Solidworks

I have an ex work colleague (used to work with him about fifteen years ago), who is getting back into manufacturing, and will eventually end up using Mastercam and Solidworks.

What are the best online training resources for those two apps? I'd rather point him in the direction of the best options, so he can get a good start.
CNC Softwares own 'lil piece of Poison Ivy.

If he can manage a Mastercam forum account, Mastercam U is available.

My guys did Solid Professor for Solidworks and they got up to speed reasonably quickly

Thanks John. I will pass it on to him. Not being associated with those two apps for a while, I'm a little out of touch with resources :)

In-House is offering their training materials for free now as well, they are competing with CamInstructor (spin off from a former In-House employee) it seems.
