Yay, another self-proclaimed constitutional scholar comes out of the woodwork to regale us all with his unique, expert knowledge of what we have all known since the sixth grade. Congratulations, you have impressed us all.

My point still stands: Trump does not have the support of the majority of Americans, and never has.

And the election wasn't stolen from him. Not in 2020, and not today if he loses.

I doubt any Republican has the support of majority of Americans. That doesn't mean he's wrong.

I voted by mail here in Cali
They sent me an email stating they had mailed my ballot, then received it, then counted it.
Then they sent me a survey I could file out if I wanted to.
The questions were how I voted for the main races and propositions on the ballot.
Once you filled it out you got to see how other people who voted and filed out the survey responded.
There were 70K respondents when I took the survey.
The presidential race went Harris 75% / Trump 25% .... and this used to be a red district till they gerrymandered
the fuck out of it in 2010 and again in 2020  :o

Hence the efforts of the Republican Party over the last 30+ years to make voting less accessible, not more. If they thought they had majority support they'd want elections to last a month, with no restrictions. But they don't, so they don't.

Alas, too much fighting about my colour blue is better than your colour red etc.
