What do you guys know about FEMA staging?
There's been a lot of rumblings of 350 semi trucks staging up in Tawas/Oscoda Michigan area.
Some people are freaking out, others are saying that it's just staging to prep for the next emergency.

I've never heard of this before.

People read WAY too much into movement of stuff.

Not a season goes by that people aren't saying "somethig is up at Ft. Such and Such. I saw 200 pieces of heavy artillery and tanks 'staging' there... they must be getting ready to go to war! :O "

It's training. Stay vigilant. But it's training.

That's what I figured. But there's situations with dams in that area and talks of firing up nuclear powered dams. There's also been some dams that just "broke". So they are tin foiling it up.

It's always a good idea to keep an eye out, but it's also in realm of possibility that they are gaming certain scenarios. Face it, our entire country is a soft target. Biden and Harris have been letting in military aged males AND 100% guaranteed adversary SpecOps forces for the last several years.

Something is coming, and the people responsible for it will NEVER face charges for it. I don't think it'll be anything "big" (think 9/11), I think it's going to be a bunch of small things that cripple us. Think "shoe Bomber". Small action, large reaction.

You know how you solve the shoe bomber problem; you take him off the plane. Shoot him. Dump him in the trash. Get the plane going again. Post it online. Problem solved. There's no question whatsoever that he did it. Judge. Jury. Executioner. Right on the spot. Barbaric? Meh. Dude was trying to kill hundreds of innocent people. THAT is barbaric.

The only thing that seems odd is the choice of MI for this. There are no regular natural disasters in MI or the upper Midwest for that matter. It doesn't seem very close to where help would actually be needed if there was a disaster. If it is for security or possible terrorism then what do they know that makes them choose MI.

From what I gather, Fema staging areas are all over the place and this one covers 6 counties.

I did a quick search and this is in the Detroit News:

Sounds like a nothingburger.

When has ANY "they are doing..." come to pass?

Never. :coffee:

That's not to say it won't, because we know it will. It's the natural order of things.

Pay attention, but go about your business and don't get too worked up when they are moving stuff around. I mean they have regular day jobs... natural/man made disaster response. And based on their NC response... they need A LOT of training. FEMA.... those incompetent bureaucratic fools. Why even bother? They are the poster children of incompetence, failure , and partisainship.

When they are getting ready to lock patriots up, you'll know it, I'll know it, we'll all know it.

Don't think of "where"... think of the type of terrain, think of the amount of room they need to do the type of muolti-faceted training they are trying to accomplish, think of logistics.

Speaking of logistics, I heard a profound thought regarding it last week; "Amateurs think strategy and tactics, professionals think logistics."
