Well Smit, our teams aren't doing very well right now.

That was one of the most frustrating losses I can remember. We had the game virtually won twice. We gave up 6 points in 7 seconds, missed free throws, and had dumb ass turnovers in the last seconds of regulation and the first over time.

Then Houston, to their credit, shot 3 point prayers that they made.

I'll bet Houston fans loved it but it was pretty awful to watch from our view.

Just about every game the other team banks in a 3 pointer. We came back from 14 down to go up 7 with 8:30 left and turned it over time after time. Tennessee will kill us Tuesday and will be 3 losses in a row. I hate turnovers. We made 17.

Yeah the difference between winning and losing is so fine in D1 basketball that if a team makes mistakes like that it's very hard to win.

But it's very early in the season and how a team plays in March could be very different than how they're playing now.

That's what I keep telling myself!

Yeah me too. Consistency is our biggest weakness.

3 players down for us tonight against Tennessee. It might be ugly.

Del.

Wow. We beat Tennessee on their court. Great defense.

Larry, Tennessee took 45 3 point shots.

I doubt that's their game plan so that means good defense in the paint.

Weird that Duke has still only lost 2 games (Kansas and Kentucky), and Auburn has only lost 1 game (Duke).  :headscratch:

Still alot of season left, so I wouldn't worry too much about either Kansas or Kentucky.

We all know they will both be ready come Tournament time.

Coach Cal and 3 former players coming to Rupp arena tomorrow night. Should be interesting.

Del.

Well Coach Cal and 3 former players put it on us and win by 10. Our defense is not good. Shocked we lost the game.

I saw the Auburn @ Ole Miss game on Saturday.

Ole Miss came to play, and it was a fairly competitive game, but Auburn took care of their business in the last few minutes, which is what good teams do.

They have looked pretty good so far and seem to get better every week!

Definitely going to be the team to beat in the Tournament.
