Quote from: Del. on November 25, 2024, 12:20 PMHow much would the actual cost of cremating a body be ?
My dad was ~$2k 12 years ago.. My father in-law was ~$3k 3 years ago.

MUCH cheaper than burial.

My dad was around $1,800 3 years ago in rural TN.

If you do the math, .gov was paying about $4600 each

Yup.
And local coroners and medical examiners were also being coerced into listing 'COVID-19' as the cause of death on many peoples' death certificates even when it wasn't.

I know that because a county coroner near where I live protested about it and brought the issue out to the public on social media. (He was quickly squashed btw, to the surprise of nobody. )

Why would they do that?
More federal cha-ching for the hospitals...

My brother in law died a couple years ago. He was 72 and for years had less than 25% heart function. At the end he was in the hospital, got Covid and died. My sister got around $9000 because the cause of death was listed as Covid.

Sorry for your loss, Del, and yes it's a familiar story.
I would be willing to bet the hospital that treated him got some federal $$ as well.

My mother-in-law was living in an assisted living home when covid hit
She showed positive on a covid test and was moved to an intensive care facility.
The place was a nightmare, nothing more than a charnel house where they sent people to die.
She was in a room with four beds for six weeks and during that time they hauled a half
dozen bodies out of her room.
After six weeks she was returned to her assisted living home.
Then her Medicare and Social Security benefits were stopped.
The intensive care facility had reported her discharged due to death.
One of my wife's dairy foremen has a daughter high up in the Social Security Admin
and she got it straightened out in a couple of weeks.
It would take someone with no inside connections 6 months to a year to get that fixed.

That's why they tried to attribute as many deaths as possible to Covid even if it wasn't the cause of death. Money.

To pay off people that would help the scamdemic become as scary as possible, so then more people get the Fauchi Ouchi.
