Still not seeing how this is feel good story. All I see here is anger and bitterness. That rarely makes for a feel good story.

The anger... easy to explain.

When I was young (under 20) I don't recall having my constitutional rights being assaulted near to the degree they are today. I'm not talking just firearms related matters either,  that said there is no doubt the assault upon the 2nd Amendment is non-stop.

BITD we could say what we wanted and there wasn't the threat of being "canceled", there wasn't the threat of being "de-banked" because you were related to someone you found offensive and yes, that IS a thing. Just ask Melania and Baron Trump. If you said or did something you should get yiur ass kicked for, it got kicked and that was that.

When we can't even have discussions (civil or otherwise) about what the founding fathers ACTUALLY SAID without claims of their words being contained in "fringe documents", well... that kind of tells you where we're at. The right used to be the left's guardrails.  It was a symbiotic relationship and they more often that now worked together for the good of their respective constituents. Today such a thing could never take place because that (according to DNC "leadership") would give the other side a win, and that cannot happen for any reason.

Now, after years of cancel culture, constitutional abuse, wanting to load us up in vans and shipping us off to anti-vax  camps they want a truce.... sorry, but no. The anger, the vitriol, the mockery, will continue until they have been sufficiently beat into submission. What does submission look like? Easy, stop trying to run every aspect of our lives. Leave the churches alone. Leave the guns alone. City dwellers need to leave the country dwellers and their way of life alone. Leave people's vaccination status alone. Etc..., etc..., etc... ad infinitum leave it ALL alone it's none of their damn business. Afraid someone isn't vaccinated? Keep to yourself. Do those things and we'll probably lay off. Until then, cope and seethe leftists. Cope. And. Seethe.

I find since I've left the shithole that is The People's Republik of Kommieforniastan my demeanor has gotten much better.  The burden of being an uncharged felon because I owned things that were purchased ant/or built legally but at the whim of some shitbird politicians decided they were no longer legal to own or posess,... that burden was significant. And stressful. To stay within the law in the state and be a firearms owner was dozens of hours each year to remain in compliance. INAL but I'll tell you what, I've spent about as much time in law libraries as one. Cross a state line and now all the sudden I'm a law abiding citizen. And now I can own almost anything I want. Honestly I'd really love to own a Howitzer. I can't afford one but where I live, I could safely fire one not too far from my house. That would just be so much fun. amd before the "shouldn't be able to own weapons of war" crowd shows up to rain on the picnic, when our country was founded and when the constitution was written private citizens owned warships, cannons, puckle guns and whatever they wanted. So that argument... just take that trash right over there a few thousand miles.

I could go on and on.

Bottom line, the left has stuff to apologize for and pay recompense for the sins they've committed against the REPUBLIC. Until then, the beatings will continue until morale improves.

They defend their side here without any repercussion.

They claim that theyre within the law but the States courts are on their side so they defend everything they do.

Oh, and lest anyone think I don't have ire for the right, I do. I've been pretty vocal even to my Republican Reps. that they as a party can't articulate a point to save their lives, let alone save a nation from itself.

Constantly have to choose between various forms of cancer (the left being pancreatic) and the right being something only slightly less lethal sucks. There ARE people capable of righting the ship, the problem is the capable people are smart enough to stay TF out of the political arena. The right are afraid the left will completely and gleefully destroy their lives and the left... they are ALL shitbags that don't care because #VoteBlueNoMatterWho will never touch their lives in the same way they will maliciously go after candidates on the right.

I call BS. If Nutboy talked in his place of business the way he talks here he would lose customers. Nobody does that. Not even Nutboy.

I skipped most of the rest. A list of perceived slights, likely a mixture of real and imagined. Radical righties love to feel persecuted.

It kind of reminds me of the movie Joker. A movie showing how the Joker went from a child to when he turned into the Joker.

Imagine a movie called "Nutboy" where he grew up in a middle class home with an average family until he got into middle school, where a hormonal imbalance forever trapped his mind in a middle school boys mental state. His nickname would likely be "Shit bird" because, well, he went around yelling "Shit bird" at everybody.

He began having illusions of grandeur, regarding himself as a constitutional scholar, an expert economist, an expert on old world English, a military hero (despite having no military experience), a legal expert, etc etc. and finally a radical right wing avenging angel who will make all the lefties pay for the transgressions he perceives they have inflicted upon him.

Except at the end of the movie, instead of a city uniting around him, there would be a bunch of guys looking at him and saying "Dude. Chill out."

A tale of tragedy, but hilarity also. I think it would be a hit. At least with the right wing Trumper audience who love to feel persecuted.
