There is a Veritas video (James O'Keffe) going around of a high level White House staffer.
He says Biden is "dead", not physically, but mentally.
His dementia is so advanced he is nonfunctional, incapable of holding a conversation and certainly incapable
of performing his presidential duties or making presidential decisions.
The White House staffer does not say who is preforming those functions, but that will be the people who put this
atrocity of a pardons/clemency list together.

We've known this for 4 years. It's quite obvious he doesn't know what planet he's on.
When he was running in 2020, he'd be back  in his basement by Noon because they could only pump him with so many drugs a day to make a public appearance.

If it could be proven that he is/was incapable at the time that those pardons were issued, then could those pardons be null and void as technically only the president can issue the pardons?  Would be quite entertaining if that were the case...
