Many people in Canada LOVE being the 51st State. The United States can no longer suffer the massive Trade Deficits and Subsidies that Canada needs to stay afloat. Justin Trudeau knew this, and resigned. If Canada merged with the U.S., there would be no Tariffs, taxes would go way down, and they would be TOTALLY SECURE from the threat of the Russian and Chinese Ships that are constantly surrounding them. Together, what a great Nation it would be!!!

He takes an issue like the clearly one sided relationship benefit that Canada gets by simply being our neighbor and he trolls it so that everyone starts talking about it. Then in next few months he will sit down with the new PM and start negotiating a relationship that benefits Americans as well.

He does this all the time. Says something extreme that gets people worked up, then when the dust settles the subject of the comments are coming to the table and negotiating. An example, look at Mexico Presidents recent change on receiving deportations. It started with a few crazy comments from Trump. Zelensky now saying he is hopeful Trump will bring peace only after Trump threatened to cut them off.

Greenland is another example of Trump negotiating. He said some crazy shit and all the lefties and neverTrumpers got all worked up. However, Trump Jr. is going there now for a "visit". When it is all done we will have an improved relationship and improved strategic military presence in Greenland.
