Bill Burr is pretty fucking funny. He's really a helicopter pilot and his stories are pretty good.
I didn't listen to the video mainly because he's on Kimmel and I refuse to give that crying liberal doosh any of my time.

I've seen a few clips of him since the election railing on the dems. I believe he has seen the light and disgusted at what the dems have become. He'll never be a Trump supporter but is no longer a #BlewNoMatterWhooo guy.

The comments section is BRUTAL on Democrats. I must say, I am surprised at that. I mean the DEI Mayor checks a bunch of boxes... for them to come after her like that SHOULD give the left a sense of forboding. Then again, I'm sure "Trumps lies" will overtake the fires in the news cycle and we'll be back to business as usual in no time.

NEVER underestimate the stupidity of the Los Angeles voter. They give AOC's voter base a run for their money.

Lets be honest, if he had went out and started criticizing Newsom and shit talking California for not being prepared, you would have applauded him for it.

You're not annoyed that he's pushing a narrative. You're annoyed that he's not pushing a narrative that you agree with. And since we're being honest, I don't see what he's saying as pushing a narrative. I see it as him shitting on the people who are pushing narratives.

That's just my opinion anyway.

the Democrats have had a really bad run recently. There is a lot of upheaval, in both parties, really. It will be a lot more obvious on the Republican side, once Trump is out of the picture.

Democrats pushed too far, too fast on certain policies for the middle. Which left people in the middle not sure of where they stand anymore. A lot of the richest people in America, maybe out of guilt of their own wealth, maybe just virtue signaling, aligned with the social justice left. Which creates a little chaos in the democrat party because they now have those people donating lots of money to candidates, who were also pro-union candidates. Now they are taking money from rich democrats who do not want their companies to go union. (Famously Bezos, but also others) So at least some unions are putting pressure on the DNC by threatening to support Republicans. That has democrats in a pinch. But if Republicans want to start welcoming unions, they have some problems too, because there are a lot of anti-union republicans in congress already, who will have to change their tune, if they want to have a majority.

Over and over I see people right now in the republican party, whose views are a solid mix of left and right complaining about RINO's. that is one of the most obvious signs of upheaval in the republican party.

Things are really changing and it is going to take some time to see how this all shakes out. I've been fascinated by this for some time, which is why I am so curious about other peoples opinions and views especially when I see people who are outliers in particular, pushing so hard for something that often times just doesn't look like it fits.

To demonize people in your own political party because they don't 100% align with the furthest of right views, in my opinion, is just ignorant and short sighted. The ONE thing that I like about the Republican party, and this may be out of necessity, is that they are usually more willing to have conversations with people they don't align with. The left just feels like a bunch of elitist snobby ass holes.

Being more reasonable and welcoming to people who may share more of your views, but not necessarily all of them, is a good way to broaden your base. Calling someone a Rhino because they want their social security is just dumb.
