There was nothing vague about what he said. It was pretty clear. He's going to sign an EO to open the valve bringing water to California from the Pacific Northwest and some from Canada.

I'm open to another source. By all means, find a source that shows me the valve that can be opened that is going to allow water to flow from the Pacific Northwest and Canada in to California.

The only thing I'm interested in is how water is going to be diverted from the Pacific Northwest in to California. That's it. I don't care what Trump said about the fires back then or now. I don't care (in this conversation) how Cali's water system works. I don't care about Californias policy failures. I just had the one question.
