Apparently we're Amending the Constitution now

There is a process in place to amend the constitution. If she wants a diversity amendment so badly go ahead and win a 2/3 majority in both houses of congress or majority control of enough state legislatures to convene. They have done neither and just because Biden gets in front of a camera and declares it ratified, it is not.

The ratification process started in 1972 and the deadline for ratification was extended to 1982. It needed 38 states to ratify it. Virginia was the 38th state to ratify it, but, not until 2020, almost 40 years to late.

Plus5 States rescinded their vote years ago.
