Be careful.

Both Epstein and Diddy hosted numerous social events with many celebrities and politicians in attendance.
Declaring them all to be guilty by association sets a dangerous precedent.

Yes, both (allegedly) committed heinous acts against women and young girls, but we need to be VERY CAREFUL to not implicate anyone else without evidence to back up any allegations.

I'm all for burying these creeps UNDER the jail if found guilty, but this has the potential to turn into a free-for-all where people who did nothing wrong would have their lives and careers ruined by hearsay.

We have a criminal justice system to deal with these kinds of cases, but it doesn't do us any good if we start convicting people in the court of public opinion.

It is a little strange that there is no desire at all to investigate?

Epstein or Diddy?

Epstein is (allegedly) dead so he can't be charged with anything, but Diddy is being investigated up the wazoo.

I have been listening to a few true crime podcasts who are following the Diddy case and discussing all of the publicly released documents and court filings that are available so far.

His FIRST trial starts in May 2025, with at least a half-dozen more to follow.

Again, he is innocent until proven guilty, but if even 10% of the allegations against him are proven in court he will spend the rest of his life in a cage, and rightfully so.

I know in the Diddy case there are multiple defendants and co-conspirators alleged to have participated in not only having sex with underage women, but also drugging, kidnapping, and rape of both men and women.

Sean Combs (aka Diddy) is alleged to be the ringleader in all of this, so his name is first on the list in all of the criminal and civil complaints, and so federal prosecutors are also compiling a concurrent RICO case against him.
Because of that investigation, much of the information is being closely guarded.

According to sources I am hearing, there will be other people named, some quite famous people, but as of this moment many of those court filings are still sealed.

One of the more interesting people who has been speaking out publicly about the Diddy case is Katt Williams.
He is saying when all of this is said and done, people will be shocked at the scope of it, and by the sheer number of celebrities involved from across the whole entertainment industry.

Which will end up meaning it's all "too big" to come out and despite all of the whispering, it will quietly fade away

And his interviews were, what, a year before anything even came out about the whole thing? It was a pretty wild bunch of claims and information that seemed vaguely truthful, but definitely out there until the story broke.

Always a possibility.
But we are talking upwards of 100 victims who have come forward with both criminal and civil complaints.

It reminds me of the Cosby case, where if there were a small number of accusers it could be written off as simply people looking for money.
But we know that the sheer number of women who came forward made it nearly impossible to ignore.

I think with 100 or more victims accusing Diddy, it's not going away.
Some of the alleged victims have stated that they are NOT seeking financial compensation, but justice.

So if that's true, good on them, and I hope they succeed.

btw...
In reference to the Diddy case, I forgot to mention there are accusations of interstate human trafficking, hence the basis for a federal RICO case being pursued against him.

Some of the alleged victims in their court filings have stated that they were flown numerous times to and from NY, LA, and Las Vegas for the purpose of attending parties and after-parties where they were often drugged and forced to engage in sex acts with Diddy himself, as well as with numerous party guests at those events.

Crossing state lines for the purpose of committing crimes of this nature makes it a federal offense, so in addition to cases being filed in New York, California, and Nevada state courts, the DoJ is also compiling an overall federal RICO case that addresses those interstate crimes.

Like I said, this doesn't seem like it's going to get swept under the rug quite so easily.
