Looks like he served his time for the J6 charges, so he was out of jail whether Trump pardoned him or not.

He was reportedly released from prison back on July 17.

But that fact aside, yes, there were A FEW violent assholes involved with the J6 protests, not all 1500, but a few.

Apparently natural selection caught up to this turd anyway, so it is what it is.

Ima jess spitballin here, but his pardon would have restored his right to carry the gun he had on his person.

Being that the pardon was so recent, the cop may have run his info and came back as a felon in possession of a firearm.
