Nope, no gotcha, more just here to annoy you.  :ball: And you eat bacon, so maybe not as much time as you think. :fun:

I can't afford bacon. You must be thinking of Incog.

I am a bit surprised that all of the people who were criticizing California's water mismanagement, aren't criticizing Trump for dumping half of the summer water reserve for no reason what so ever. Other than a grandstand on TS and a photo op moment.

I can tell you why. It's the NPR effect. Do you know what that is?

While Biden was in office they ran several stories talking about the stranded astronauts on the space station. then when Trump was in office they rand the story titled, "Trump asks Must to go get the stranded astronauts:They're not stranded"

Even if Trump does do something stupid, people who voted for him are not apt to believe it, because of that kind of reporting.

They have to make room for all the liberal tears that will fall once the pronoun people move back like they promised...

Are you sure about that?

Those two blue boxes circled are the Success and Kaweah reservoirs that Trump dumped. Sure looks like they connect with the Friant Kern Canal, which feeds the California Aquaduct, which goes to LA and other cities. But what do I know about reading maps?

I don't work for the California Water system. I'm taking the word of people who do. I'm more likely to take their word for it than yours.

No want to read and acknowledge Trump make mistake.

LA Water Source Origins
Los Angeles does not take water directly from Lake Kaweah or Lake Success. According to recent news, over 2.2 billion gallons of water were released from Lake Kaweah and Lake Success due to an order by former President Trump. However, these reservoirs are not part of Los Angeles' water supply system. Los Angeles' water supply primarily comes from the Los Angeles Aqueduct, which diverts water from the Owens Valley and Mono Lake, and also includes water from the Colorado River and state reservoirs. Lake Kaweah and Lake Success are managed for flood control and are not connected to Los Angeles' water sources.

Here, I found a positive.  Are  you happy?

""Will it help L.A.'s fire? No, absolutely not. But it will help groundwater," Hurley said. And, he added, that's one significant positive, as local agencies are focusing on recharging more water to address chronic overpumping that has caused declining water levels.
"From a groundwater manager's point of view, getting any water in the ground is better than nothing.""
