Shasta lake rose over 22ft in the last week.

Good thing they released water up there. Imagine how many dams and/or reservoirs would be in SERIOUS trouble.

It's a shame voters didn't pass Proposition 1 the $7B Bond issue in 2014 to increase water infrastructure,

and it's shame that even if they did pass it the Kommieforniastan government didn't set all that money on fire..

NOAA had a pretty good idea what was taking shape and advised accordingly.

The REAL literal crime here is in 2014 voters said water infrastructure is important enough to put $7B on the Credit Card and the fuckin democrats burned ALL the money without doing one fucking thing.
