In other news... water is wet

This goes along with the "Butter contains dairy products" recall a few months ago.

I'm sorry, if you do not know that butter contains dairy and chocolate contains milk, you have bigger problems than your allergy/intolerance.

I wish Trump would get congress to make a law banning all warning labels for 20 years. We gotta thin the herd this is just getting beyond absurd.

I say all this as a person with a couple food allergies that could possibly be life threatening if left untreated.

To be fair it was labeled Dark Chocolate, which pure dark chocolate contains no dairy. So I agree with the recall. And if you have no dairy allergies no need to worry about the milk.

My old neighbor in Cali had galacticemia. She'd get violently I'll from dairy.

I typically stay away from chocolate that is made with alkalized cocoa. The process to make it uses harsh chemicals like potassium carbonate. Alkalized cocoa is less bitter so it is used more in milk chocolates.

Or how about everything you buy ever, anywhere, has a California Prop 65 warning on it. Yes, we know, everything causes cancer in high enough quantities at a long enough duration.  ::)

Fuckin' California....
