They've been doing this all along. Putin has been selling oil to both China and India below market
China has a fleet of outlaw tankers that transport the oil from the east coast of Russia to China and India
India pays for the oil in cash, China pays for it with drones and ammo
edit and North Korean meat... as in an elite regiment of NorK infantry that was pretty much eliminated  in a couple of weeks

Say I wanna update my Harley by fitting a pair of inverted forks of an R6.
USA (land of opportunity) = 500bucks will buy forks and calipers and discs off ebay.
Price to ship to Cyprus around 150 bucks, so 650 total. I can live with that.
