Back in the day when I lived overseas, the Sears catalog was a thing of wonder.
Anything a young boy could want was in there.
I'd spend hours flipping through it. There were rifles and shotguns and every tool in the whole world.
They even had go carts and a large variety of 2 cycle engines, suitable for making go karts go faster!!!
Sadly, rifles and shotguns were forbidden and it was normally 6 to 9 months from placing an order to
getting it delivered. Most of the time the shipments simply disappeared.

It was a far cry from today where you place an order on Amazon Friday evening and it's sitting on the front
porch Saturday morning.

When I was a kid, my grandma ordered me a pellet gun and later on a .410 shotgun from the big book.  I remember the order form!  calculate the shipping and tax and fill out a check.  2-3 weeks later they would show up.

My parents got my brother a .410 shotgun. They later got him a real bow and arrow. They never bought me deadly weapons.

When I was 5 years old my Dad bought me a pump action bb gun.  The first thing I did was go out in the yard and shoot my sister with it.  When he asked why I did that I said "because I don't like her".

He took the bb gun away.

I'll go back to being a conservative, when conservatives go back to being conservative.

I got a Daisy when I was like 11 or 12. Me and the neighbor (same age) used to have bb gun wars and shoot each other lol.

I remember my neighbor's dad working on a bicycle in the back yard, I hid around the corner and shot him in the ass.
He didn't care for that very much, even though you could literally watch my bb fly thru the air at super slow speeds.

That was the way mine was. You could watch the bb flying through the air.

Bit of family reminiscing.... when i was 5 and my sis was 8, next door baby sat us cus parents went out.
I pushed my sister through the front door glass azz first, and i remember her stood crouched with her azz poking through - it would have been funny to whoever was walking by :sofa:

When I was 3 my sister and I were playing on the hood of one of my Dads old broken down cars. She pushed me off and I broke my arm. That's probably why I hated her?  :D

You didn't need to tell us you got your butt kicked by a girl. We already knew that from context.  ;D

In my defense, I was 3 and she was 6.
