I visit and participate in plenty of forums, over a fairly broad subject range. The only political forums I visit, however, have a significantly right leaning bias. In fact, I couldn't even name a left leaning forum, because if I have ever found one, I probably quickly lost interest and forgot about it.

And let me tell you, as an accused left wing libtard, right wing forums are the best. Heck, the nuttier, and less fact-based the theories and opinions are, the better.

FWIW, with the exception of a few super nutters, (You know who you are. Oh wait, no you don't) this place is pretty tame.

Back in those days I spent a lot of time on IRC and Usenet for other reasons.  I can't remember who told me about that newsgroup.  In it's beginnings, it was all about the machining.  A couple of year in it just became about political arguments.  That was the first time I noticed JB posting as several different people, him supporting himself in the arguments.    It was hilarious.
