That aside, The way Trump (and others) have framed it, is the funding was specifically to create transgender animals. It's a play on his bases outrage. You would think these studies would be popular with Conservatives, especially when they show that there are negative affects. Or do Republicans all of a sudden care about how we test drugs and their affects before approving them for humans?
