Didn't the US have something to do with the negotiations breaking down in 2022? Yes, I know that Biden was in office, but if we're (the US) partially responsible for that proxy war continuing, isn't it a double slap in the face to tell them that they have to pay for a war they didn't start and a proxy war that we pushed on?
