I'm creeping up on 250, my cholesterol is pretty bad with triglycerides so high it indicates insulin resistance.
 Basically I'm a poster child of all the things I say carnivores shouldn't be.

It did for me for many years, atorvastatin.

Can't touch a statin now but what I've got is exceedingly rare,  only about 6,500 cases in the country.

I'm now on a different class of drug, pcsk9. It works differently than the statin. The one I take is called Repatha it's an every 2 week injection.

Just finished my 3rd round of infusion treatment today.  Not much so far but doc says it's likely 6 months before I start to see measurable improvement.

When I see him Monday he was happy with where I'm at currently.

My triglycerides were astronomical. A few months after I quit drinking they were down to almost normal.

SO far deaths are 1:1 for us humans... except for Methuselah... that dude is still drawing Social Security.
