I have a charcoal Charbroil grill I use almost exclusively for steaks. Most of my other grilling is done with a gas grill cuz it's so easy and fast.

Yeah I grill my steaks on a Webber gas grill. Practicing like you said I've gotten pretty good at it. I love the fire.

Pesticide laced vegetables and fruits aren't likely any less likely to cause a cancer?

Organic vegetables/ fruits aren't necessarily free of pesticides either. If they are within miles of any farmers using (spraying) pesticides the wind will move it to the other fields. They have done soil tests on land that have never been subjected to pesticides and the pesticides are there in the soil.

We build air sampling equipment that is being used to track pesticides movements around the earth. They usually end up in the cold places and go into the fish. They are tracking pesticides that haven't been used since the 50's and they are still moving around.
