And 80,000 additional IRS agents.

When they get those tax cuts/insentives, do they pass those savings on to their customers and employees? or do they go in to the pockets of CEO's and upper management?

ok so just cut those tax loopholes and the CEO's will just get paid less? But if we charge tariffs, the CEO's will not just get paid less?

Why does that bother you? It's their money and investment.

Well, Del  :D  if your entire argument for corporate tax cuts revolve around the savings trickling down in to the pockets of your employees, and that doesn't happen, why doesn't that bother you?

I don't know? But who would you rather see paying those taxes? People who can afford it, or people who can't?

If I were AOC I would say that you can't put an Amazon warehouse in an area that needs jobs.

Criticizing Republicans for being disingenuous about their goal with tax cuts shouldn't even be a partisan argument.

it's not about who I'd rather see pay a tax.  Why do you think that a CEO would behave differently with a closed tax loophole than he would if he was charged a tariff? both are increased taxes. why would they pass one tax onto customers and eat the other tax?  The democrat talking point makes no sense.

If we're talking about cuts, you're talking about starting at a net-zero and then adding incentives. Those "cuts" don't trickle down. (I hate that term) Your argument here isn't making sense to me because tariffs are the opposite. You're starting at net-zero and then adding tax. If you want to ask me why a tax increase wouldn't be passed on to the customer, I'd agree with you. It would.

We are talking about tax "cuts", right?

The poor pay no taxes.
