Trump is using the Alien Enemy Act to remove certain illegal immigrants.

I don't think that any criteria of due process is being followed at this point and I don't think anyone cares?

Soooo Let's see.

Biden allows entry with his phone app and a court date.

Then Biden says screw the court date.

Thereby making every entry as such Illegal....Duh.

You must have at least a valid green card to remain in The United States.

People care. Some people anyway.

The courts care. Unfortunately that takes time.

I'm not against due process for illegals but many need to be deported very fast. Obama deported many himself.

Yea.. in my opinion, anyone who has been caught breaking the law in any significant way, I can't bring myself to have sympathy for when they get fast tracked out of the Country.

What is a concern, and I know this isn't going to be super popular in here, is when Aunty Adelita gets caught up in the fray and ends up getting the same treatment as a gang member or street thug. I have more of a sliding scale of what I consider to be "criminal" and I don't see someone who sneaks in to the Country looking for a better life, on the same part of the scale as someone sex trafficking, selling drugs, etc. With no due process, you'll never know and it's easily justified when you see everyone who crossed the border illegally, regardless of circumstance, as a "criminal".

I agree with you but I haven't seen grandma being able raided by ICE nor schools. I'm all for making a path to citizenship for those who have been here for years as law abiding people. Republicans are not heartless.

A lawyer who represented SpaceX looks to downsize federal contracting watchdog

Excerpt:
QuoteOn Monday, March 24, Catherine Eschbach, the new head of a civil rights agency within the Labor Department, sent an email to her staff introducing herself and announcing her plans to downsize the agency and investigate whether the work it's been engaged in for decades is constitutional.

"I look forward to meeting and working with you as we implement the agenda that the American people elected President Trump to enact," she wrote in the email, shared with NPR by a Department of Labor employee who asked to remain anonymous to avoid retaliation.

"We will restore the agency to full compliance with its constitutional and statutory authority," concluded Eschbach.

Eschbach is now leading the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs, a watchdog agency within the Department of Labor that both audits and investigates federal contractors to ensure they are obeying equal opportunity and anti-discrimination laws.

Eschbach comes to OFCCP after most recently working at private law firm Morgan, Lewis & Bockius, where she represented SpaceX in an ongoing legal battle between SpaceX and the National Labor Relations Board, an independent agency that investigates and adjudicates unfair labor practice charges. The CEO of SpaceX, Elon Musk, is also a senior adviser to President Trump.

Trump's auto tariffs will hit many companies, but Elon Musk's Tesla less so

Excerpt:
QuoteMarch 27 (Reuters) - As the global auto world reeled from the potential fallout of Donald Trump's new auto tariffs, one name stood out as less affected than others - electric-vehicle maker Tesla (TSLA.O)
, opens new tab.
The Texas-based company's shares were the rare automotive stock to trade in the green in U.S. action, as analysts said Tesla's supply chain and financial performance may not be affected by the wide-ranging levies that will affect global shipments of both cars and car parts to the United States, mainly due to the company's largely domestic production.
