I gave you a shining example of an individual that was every bit as capable as I was. Had the same exact opportunities I did... it came down to coice, no?

I spoke with him after class and there were no extenuating circumstances that prevented him from achieving more. He pretty much got the same grades I did.

Raising minimum wage is not the answer. If anything it's the self licking ice cream cone. Raise minimum wage, costs raise. Costs raise, prices raise. The cycle continues Ad infinitum.

Money is not the solution. If it was, there would be no bankrupt pro-athletes or lottery winners.

The solution is elsewhere. Nobody wants to address that.

In my manufacturing career spanning 34 years so far, I've worked at 1 company fkr 18 years, 2 companies for 3 years and 2 companies for 2 years. The rest of rhat time was spent between probably a dozen or so companies.

Staying is a choice. Leaving is a choice I've made A LOT of choices in my career. Some good ones and some not so good ones.
