In the beginning, I wasn't a fan of Win 10, but as a mature product I will miss it when it's gone.

Win 7 was my favourite I think, best blend of staying current and having compatibility with everything old I wanted to do, Emulators, games on CD, legacy software. I was 11 when XP was released, so I was hype because my dad was, but it was really just what was on our PCs at home. Win 7 was when I was on my own, with the first PC I bought myself, dual Xeons and messing around with 3D modelling and other design projects. And of course the first games I 'acquired'. It will be a sad day when that machine dies, but all things must end.

We have 1 Win 11 laptop at home, it wasn't as bad as the world made it out to be with the right configuration, but its just an email and web machine. I was amped up for the Talon utility for win 11, but turns out it was just malware disguised as a grassroots movement to debloat.

@neurosis : Can't you just select "Automatically hide the taskbar"?
