New Baby at the Zoo

Some of you may have seen this video a couple of years ago; a heartwarming picture of a mother being reunited with her newborn after being separated after a difficult birth.

Unfortunately, this little guy passed away when he was five weeks old. He suffered a head injury some time during the night. Keepers say it was accidental.


Well, happily, this mom just gave birth to a new baby girl; again, they had to be separated a little while since it was a cesarean birth. All of the video so far seems to be in a format I can't access at work.
