They should put him in GenPop and leak that he's a ChoMo....then he'll get some extra due process on top of that due process.

Oh he'll likely get to doubledown...Federal sentenced and then sent back.

Nothing less than he deserves

If he broke laws here, wouldn't they convict and hold him here?

No. Why would they.

????

Because he broke US laws?

Do you know what you're talking about right now?

We wouldn't want to absorb the cost.

Nah, he'll serve whatever here,  they'll boot him again and he'll end up right back where he was...

Due process

Due process

If they convict him of what they're talking about now, he'll get a lot of time here.

If he is guilty, then he deserves to be convicted and deported.

Due process is important. It's too bad the he was the example of that? What happens to the 50 others who were here legally and didn't break any laws?

I'm sorry, I shouldn't have interrupted. I just didn't realize there were 50 other Kilmars. :)

The point of the thread is that he was put in prison without due process. Just like the other 50. You want to talk about those or is that too inconvenient?

I'll keep it in the same thread.  I don't mind having 50 conversations in one thread. Why would we change anything now?

Who were those guys whining about their repug brothers getting tried on the court of public opinion rather than a courtroom?
