If you look at the original video and not just the clip, she's obviously talking about Marlon Wayans "as a black man".  Is this really what started this conspiracy theory?

They deliberately faked the number of upvotes their videos had in the beginning, not sure if they're still doing it, but numerous videos with a paltry 4k views had over 50k upvotes! Not once, not twice but numerous times.
