I drink about 24 oz of this everyday. Some days slightly more, some days slightly less.

One of the guys at work brought in a hand full of the Stok espresso shots that you add to your coffee. I put on in my coffee one day and thought I was going to have a heart attack.

I'll go back to being a conservative, when conservatives go back to being conservative.

I had an echocardiogram test done last Wednesday, Mike. I have SVT (heart palpitations at times, though I've been good over 6 months now). Doctor said the test is for ease of mind, as he said I've got nothing to worry about.

Still no summary from the doctor but everything seems fairly normal.

Other issues popping up. "What a drag it is getting old"....you tell em Mick!

There are occasional mornings where I end up over caffeinated.  ;)

Biden's doctor blew it on his medical care. Not even listed PSA on last physical. Doctors say he had prostate cancer when he took office to reach the Gleason score of 9 at this point. His people covered up so much it could have been another " Weekend at Bernie's "

Just cause it wasn't listed doesn't mean they didn't know.
They just declined to tell the American people.

I just found out one of my classmates had a sudden heart attack and died. He was at his cabin in Colorado when it happened.

When he was 17, just out of high school, he was working at a factory. They had him fill in for a punch press operator, even though he was underaged. The punch press double tripped (a common occurrence for punch presses then) and he lost his right hand. He used the large settlement he got to go to college and got a degree in geology. He started his own oil and gas exploration company and did very well. He was semi-retired. He also used some of the settlement to race formula fords. He had a large garage with two floors to hold his collection of cars and motorcycles. He recently had 3 motorcycles for sale. I didn't see him much after I got married but I considered him a good friend.

Interestingly, the operator he was filling in for became a programmer. I worked with him for several years.

Studies also show, not a single one of us gets out of here alive.
