It's been a while since I messed with it, but I believe our first Okuma MU1000H runs Win XP
It has an OSP 2000 control and was built in 2012

If yours is that era P200 it will most likely have XP on it.

I don't know what our new one runs.
It has an OSP3000 and we were not able to install Cimco Edit on it.
We have to use Notepad+ to edit files

The P300 would either be Win 7 or 10 depending on the age of the controller. It is not a standard version of Windows. Okuma cautions about trying to load complex software as the normally native windows functions may not be in the control as well as Okumas virus software may not play well with it.

IMO, if the operator needs other programs I would put a cheap PC or laptop on the shop floor. It amazes me to see a $1M machine down because they effed up the control trying to load software that could run on a <$1000 laptop.

When we bought the first one we were instructed to use Notepad for file editing
Some of our vane files run to 50meg or so and Notepad can't do that.
I installed a copy of CimcoEdit on it and it's run fine for 12 years now.
We use Notepad+ on the new machine
