A true killer would have finished skateboard dude off, but one round eliminated the threat so he stopped.

Skate board guy died. He was shot as he was swinging the skateboard down. The next guy got shot in the arm as he was pointing a gun at Rittenhouse. It was a gnarly wound. Another guy was coming in but raised his hands and backed off. He wasn't shot.
