I won't comment on the usurping. I haven't followed every case.

As far as being over-ruled on appeal, that's the way it's supposed to work. Eliminating or neutering the judicial, once that precedence is set, good luck going forward.

They flew illegal migrants into red states and cities in the dark of night to the tune of 60K /month.
They funneled billions to NGO's to be used to facilitate millions more illegal immigrants flowing across our southern borders.

How come Republicans didn't file lawsuits against all those heinous things you're accusing the Biden administration of doing? I don't think judges really go out and file those lawsuits themselves?
