When I was going to college I lived in a trailer park. It was a ghetto, but the rent was $35/month.
My next door neighbor Gene was a full blood Indian from North Dakota.
We got to be friends working on cars as we both drove junkers that required constant TLC.
He got in a fight with his wife one night and she took off in his car.
He asked me for a ride and we ended up driving all over Denver looking for her.
We pulled up in front of a bar in Five Points, which is a very tough neighborhood.
We jumped out of the car and Gene stopped to talk to a friend outside the bar.
He  told me to go on in and order a couple of beers.
I walked up to the bar and was immediately surrounded by a half dozen very large very angry Indians.
One of them looked at me and said
White Eyes, you got to be out of your funkin' mind.
Fortunately Gene came in and saved me before I died.
We ended up closing the bar and sleeping it off in the parking lot.
Never did find his wife.

This was after the founder lost it in bankruptcy after having to payout over $6 million in a lawsuit. The woman that sued him used the money to buy the place, had the FD burn it to the ground, and then donated the land to a non profit.

There was a guy here a while back that was going to have a bathroom remodeled. He got a few quotes that were all about what I would have expected. Then he got a quote that was about half of the others he had gotten. His reasoning for going with that quote was because it was from a white guy and some of the others were from Hispanics. Of course it ended up being a cluster fuck.

This guy came here after working for several years at Airbus in Germany. He had dual citizenship. His last name was Braun and he claimed to be a distant relative of Hitler's girlfriend. I hadn't really noticed anything racist about him until that incident. It actually never dawned on me that it could have been an indicator.

Vastly dependent upon the individual shooter, range to target, still or moving...

I can tell you at the staticat at the range, say 10 yards, it's news if I am outside of the 8 ring on a target....I know people who shooter out the center with a 9mm...

I've seen LEO that aren't that accurate
