• Mixed verdict: Jurors in Sean "Diddy" Combs' federal criminal trial acquitted him of the most serious charges — racketeering conspiracy and sex trafficking — but found him guilty of two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution.

Max of 10 years per count.
He'll probably get credit for time served and 5 years probation.

I knew he wouldn't get hit with the full hammer.

There was no way a RICO charge was going to stick on the diddler. 

A RICO charge for anyone other than the mob, biker gangs, and cartels is essentially an Obstruction Of Justice charge. It's a fucking bullshit charge that the fucking Feds hang on bullshit cases in hopes something will stick.

Will he serve any time behind bars or as a 1st time offender get "time served" and probation.

My guess is the latter.

He is a turd (as James said). A royal a-hole. But,... not deserving of a life sentence. (imo)
