Do you actually think for one second they would put that on the msm and report ANYTHING negative towards the PedoJoe administration?
C'mon man!
I bet you can count on one hand the number of negative news reports about PedoJoe in his 4 years as puppet and still have enough fingers to high five someone.

When *most* people are getting their news from Social Media, what is MSM?
I'll go back to being a conservative, when conservatives go back to being conservative.

You vastly underestimate the number of older people (baby boomers) that don't use social media and still have the mindset that the news is "honest" like the 70's and earlier.
They rely on tv news, only watch 1 news channel and believe 100% of what they're hearing without question.
My mother is one of them lol.

It bottles the mind. I see the grand and great-grand parents glued to it at 6pm. They don't understand spin, bias, slant or any possibility of manipulation, they are watching the TRUTH. They also seem to vote based on a candidate's appearance and nothing else, "Well, he's handsome dear, just look. Why would you trust a man who used to need glasses over that?" - Granny, ca. 2024.

Well to be fair to them, they went from newspapers to radio news reporting WWII to watching 2 people assassinated live on tv and the moon landing.
Back when there were no other options. And the news had actual reporters and journalists that were respected.
Now it's all opinion based bullshit with very little actual reporting facts going on unless it's local news reporting local shit like a car accident.

If you had to guess, how many people here do you think are glued to Fox, OAN, or Newsmax every night not acknowledging the slant to that "reporting"?

Speaking of slant, where has bucky been?  He would have made a good candidate for "meathead".

As an aside, have you ever tried Ground News? I know it get shilled on podcasts all the time, but I have actually been able to keep up a little bit more on current events with their bias acknowledgement system. I don't pay for it, don't see the extras as worth it. I use the app, can't speak to the website.

Probably a helluva lot less than most people think.

I never watch news in the evening. and more and more, I've been shunning political news altogether. This is really the only place I discuss it anymore.

It's mostly the same for me.  Occasionally I'll see something that makes me  :foreheadslap: and dive in to the story but I try to keep my political discussions/debates limited to this forum.

Years ago I used to sit in front of Fox news every morning, and every evening. I always thought that it was a good place to get the "other side of the story".   ::)  After spending a few years away from it, I can't watch it anymore.  I have the app on my Roku but I think I've only turned it on a couple of times in the last three years. It's so f-n ridiculous.

Yea, I've been to the site a couple of times. I also heard about it on a podcast.  I didn't spend much time there. Maybe I'll check it out again.
