I don't think Trump is on the list or it would  have "leaked" years ago.
I suspect Trump sat on it to secure the vote of some worried R's who are on the list.
The margin available to pass his BBB are very slim and there is no room for defectors.

Because either they know it doesn't exist or because it would expose their side as well.

Same thing with the senate vote and them touting that all R's voted no and all Dems voted Yes.
MTG explained that voting process and why all R's voted no. But you won't hear the lefty media tell you that.

She said it was a PQ vote, previous question vote. Meaning if it would have passed then the Dems would have controlled the floor and be able to bring up anything they wanted for voting.
It's a fucked up system I agree. That's why you see so many votes go in a certain direction on common sense issues because they can't just vote on 1 and only 1 thing at a time.

it's not my primary focus. It just gives confirmation to many of my preconceived notions.

1) neither party really wants transparency, they want the other party to be transparent
2)democrats didn't want the Epstein list released until republicans didn't want the Epstein list released (Epstein list is a metaphor for almost any concept in politics)
3)conspiracy theories are a useful tool similar to credit cards. they might be helpful to some degree to get you what you want "now" but interest compounds and they end up a heavy burden in the end.

I didn't hear the left complaining about this until they saw an opportunity to pounce. In my opinion, the right set themselves up for this.

The rightosphere has been pushing the Epstein case since the day he got arrested. Now, Trump is trying to convince everyone that this is a product of the left?  That's going to be a tough sell.

IMO, this is a touchy situation. I really want the truth to come out and those that are guilty to be held accountable, regardless of who they are. However, if Epstein really was an agent or CI for Mossad/CIA targeting politicians and wealthy people for blackmail and extortion, it is not just a black and white list of guilty or not. There are surely people in those docs that are guilty of crimes. There are also people that were entrapped and possibly set up from the get go by corrupt covert ops. I don't agree with Trump's change of tune at all, but I also don't know how you move forward with this.

Can I get your thoughts on this? Entrapped to sleep with underage girls? Even if someone is set up to take part in that, I have no sympathy for them.

I have a hard time critical thinking my way in to another point of view on that.
