When the nurses would do the tie they would list what my issues were and one was possible benign tumor on the optic nerve. No doctor ever told me that.

Difficult because it defines us in some ways.

I gave a months notice and walked out a day early .

Left my tool box and all in it.

Been over a year now.

wonder if they kept it.??

Doesn't really matter. ???

This is a big thing....currently for me, I'm sorting stuff to move to Cyprus, and I have a few big/heavy boxes of stuff in the garage....v blocks, R8 boring head, R8 quick change arbours, facemills, carbide cutters, carbide inserts, box of metric taps, metric specials (motorbike), box of BSW/BSF, box of UNC/UNF, box of BSP, box of specials, and dies, etc etc etc.... because I didn't know if i was going to get a small machine as a project and convert it to cnc etc.... anyway, 8 years ago next month.
Yes I've worked between but all remote - project engineering stuff. So I've ramped down gradually.
But what do i do with the boxes.... a fortunes worth to buy new, worth f'all here to sell.... the pikey in me can't throw it, but perhaps I should.

There's absolutely none of that here or I would have.

It's not a thing here. There's some bigger factories in the Valencia city but they won't be interested in manual stuff. It's really strange place because I have asked on quite a few occasions, but nobody has a home shop. There's not the call or the interest.
Interest here = Fiesta, <work, and the bar!

I'll bet the government there makes it hard to run a small business.

How else can you explain losing $40 million a year since 2021 to keep that show on the air?

They probably get a tax write-off since the show is a charitable donation to the DNC.

up until recently, it was just easier to pay a few shekels for some streaming services. Now that different seasons of the same show are on different services or just firsts seasons for free, it has become easier to setup a pirate app. Streamers have unforgivably resorted  to running interruption  ads on paid services like the telecoms did to paid cable in the early 1980s. I have some paid apps to pay my fair share, but i'll be damned before i sit through their interruptions. I'll just play the content on Stremio
