Democrat's race based gerrymandering is in trouble at SCOTUS

From what I've read, Republicans have been good at it for a long time. Of the top 10 gerrymandered States, 9 are Republican. 

That could very well be the case, however, let's bring up my favorite whipping boy; the People's Republik of Kommieforniastan... which currently accounts for 20% of the 270 electoral votes needed to win. Economy of scale states Texas' +5 to Republicans doesn't make a dent in Kommiefornia's influence. And let's be honest here... Kommiefornians want to rule over you. They may say they don't, but they are full of shit. They vote for the sole purpose of rling over you. IDGAF what they say, I care about what they do. 

Democrats will NEVER let that state turn red. And with a super-majority, that looks to be the case for the rest of the Republic's existence. That means Democrats only have to canvass 80% of the US... which in reality, they aren't working hard in Illinois, New York, and Hawaii. Republicans have to work hard in every state... except Kommiefornia. That shithole is a lost cause.

I only started complaining when the President of the US publicly told a State to gerrymander to gain seats.

I knew that it was a thing before. I didn't realize that we were going to turn it in to a sport, where States start to openly disenfranchise their voters to get back at each other. That's me being naive, I suppose.
