In a stunning turn of events, the en banc (11 judge panel) court ruled UNANIMOUSLY that Kommieforniastan's 1 gun purchase in 30 days law was in fact Unconstitutional.

During Trump's 1st Administration, he brought the court's psycho 11 jester majority down to about 2 or 3 jesters. Did that have an effect on this ruling? We'd have to look at who was on the panel. That said, it was a significant win for the 2nd Amendment. 

Rest assured, the leftist looneys who are ALWAYS looking for ways to waste taxpayer money and support their lawyer friends... are at this very moment crafting legislation to have a 3 gun limit in 30 days.

In The People's Republik of Kommieforniastan, people will often talk about certain types of waste. The one type of waste that almost never gets mentioned is not only the KNOWINGLY unconstitutional legislation that gets passed, but the Ca. DOJ that keeps these unconstitutional laws alive with their limitless supply of taxpayer money... to the tune of $10's of millions per year, year after year. 

These people that pass these laws and continue to fight for them... they HATE you! They HATE your way of life. They HATE your Constitution.  They HATE the fact you exist.

California's DOJ are just a bunch of lawless leftist sycophants. Stands to reason they could get money from USAID. We know they get Soros money so there's that.
